We are proud of the quality of our furniture and are happy to provide a warranty to the original purchaser of our product. We offer a limited warranty (for normal use) against the structural failure of our furniture for up to 20 years for residential use.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently do not ship outside the contiguous United States. Tangentwood is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii, at this time.

Our furniture products come with free shipping. You can enjoy the convenience of having your items delivered to your doorstep without incurring any additional shipping charges.

LTL stands for “less than truckload” and is a truck shipping method used when freight doesn’t require the use of an entire trailer. For our larger products and sets, we ship using this method, which may result in longer fulfillment times. You will also be contacted by the carrier for an appointment to be present for the delivery.

Some delivery carriers experience delays due to high demand. Our shipments are delivering on time, but some may experience fewer updates during transit or show no movement until they reach your local delivery hub. Please check your tracking frequently for updates. If you are still experiencing delays, please use Contact Us page to help resolve your issue.

Most standard orders ship on the same day, Monday – Friday excluding holidays, if received by 1:00 p.m. Central Time. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. Central Time are typically shipped the next business day. Most delivery times in the contiguous US range between 3-7 days depending on your location.

If you purchase a large set or multiple item(s) that will require freight shipping on pallets, etc. (Not UPS/FedEx standard ground) you will be able to track the status of your order using a tracking code that we will provide once it is available. We will email you the tracking code as soon as it ships and is submitted to us for forwarding. As part of the freight service, you will generally be contacted at the phone number you provided at the time of order placement to schedule delivery.

We’re unable to hold inventory or delay shipments, but luckily, it’s easy to check when your order will arrive prior to placing it. Just click the “View Shipping and Returns” link on any product’s page.

In case your package show delivered, but it’s not there:
- Check with family members, neighbors, co-workers, a building manager, apartment office, or others who may have accepted your order on your behalf.
- The carrier may have placed your order somewhere near your door, out of plain view. Look for your order in places such as the back door, garage, or behind bushes. Check your tracking information to see if a location was noted.
In some situations, or during peak delivery times, packages may state delivered up to 48 hours prior to their arrival.
If haven’t received your order and FedEx has reported it as “delivered”, you will need to contact FedEx directly to file a claim. Please visit fedex.com > Support > File a claim.
Warranty & Repair

Depending on the contents of your order, it may be delivered in multiple boxes. As a result, the carrier may deliver them at different times. Please be patient until all the boxes arrive. If one of the boxes is missing after the delivery is completed, please contact us immediately at service@tangentwood.com and we will work with you to resolve the situation.

If damage is present after delivery, please contact us at service@tangentwood.com immediately. We will work with you to resolve the situation. Photo evidence is extremely helpful in expediting the resolution process. Also be sure to keep all packaging until you confirm there will be no need for return or exchange.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all our orders.

If you do not love your Tangentwood furniture, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will gladly accept your return as long as it’s in new condition. We cannot accept furniture returns that are not in new condition. You are responsible for shipping the item(s) and any fees/costs associated with the return shipment.
Incorrect or defective/damaged product.
If the item(s) sent was incorrect or defective, please contact service@tangentwood.com immediately. Please do not send back these items prior to contacting us to obtain prior authorization.

We’re proud to offer products that are easy to assemble and require few or no tools! Because of this, we do not offer white glove, in-home delivery or assembly services.

Yes, our Tangentwood all-weather furniture is built to withstand all four seasons and a range of climates including hot sun, snowy winters, salt spray, and heavy winds.

No painting, staining, or waterproofing is required for Tangentwood furniture, because the colors run continuously throughout the material. Attempting to paint, stain or waterproof your Tangentwood furniture will void the warranty.

Yes. However, we recommend not allowing the Tangentwood furniture to remain submerged in chemically treated water permanently.

Yes, our Tangentwood furniture is resistant to saltwater and can be used in coastal areas. In coastal areas with high salt content, it is highly recommended that the Tangentwood furniture be rinsed with fresh water on a regular basis to prevent salt buildup and prolong the life of your Tangentwood furniture.

Water will remove most dirt and debris. You may use any non-abrasive cleaner. Our Tangentwood HDPE (high density polyethylene) material is non-porous and will not absorb spills that may stain.
Should you desire to pressure wash your Tangentwood furniture, pressure wash under 1,500 psi, with the wand at least 10-12 inches away so it does not damage the furniture.

Yes, it is safe to keep your Tangentwood furniture near a fire pit as long as you exercise caution and avoid direct contact with the fire.

Yes. While primarily designed for outdoor use, our Tangentwood furniture can be used indoors if desired.

HDPE plastic lumber is High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) derived from a mix of materials including recycling such as milk jugs and laundry detergent bottles. The material is then cleansed in a decontamination process to an extremely high purity level. The purified recycled plastic is formulated with UV inhibitors and color pigments and formed into various shapes and profiles used to create beautiful and more importantly maintenance-free furniture. Tangentwood furniture is built to last for years.

Once an order is placed, you have a small window to change it before it is processed to the warehouse. Once the order is processed and is accepted by the warehouse, you may still request a change; however, please know that a change at that stage is NOT GUARANTEED.
