Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions that govern shipment of our products inside the continental United States. If there is a conflict between this Shipping Policy and our Terms of Service, this Shipping Policy will govern unless expressly stated in the Terms of Service.
FREE SHIPPING
Leisure Line is proud to offer FREE shipping on orders shipped within the contiguous United States. Estimated shipping dates are provided on product detail pages, and we’ll provide them during the checkout process as well. These shipping dates are only estimates and we do not warrant or otherwise guarantee that these products will be shipped or delivered by any date.
SAME DAY SHIPPING
Parcel orders placed for in-stock items on our Patioleisureline.com website before 1:00pm Central Time on any business day will typically be processed and shipped on the same day the order is placed. Orders received on a day other than a business day or after 1:00pm Central Time on a business day are typically processed and shipped the next business day. Same day shipping applies to in-stock items only. Same day shipping excludes freight orders, as freight pickups must be scheduled with carriers. While we make every effort to ship orders quickly, same day shipping cannot be guaranteed and Leisure Line provides no warranties or guarantees that any product will be processed and shipped on the day the order is placed.
Shortly after your order ships, you will receive an email providing you with tracking information for your order. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, including around major holidays or other events where there could be delays in shipment and delivery, including but not limited to: Christmas, New Years Eve/Day, and during the week of Thanksgiving and Cyber Monday. Leisure Line is not responsible for shipping delays due to the fault of the delivery carrier.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, your product shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in our shipping of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
GROUND SHIPPING
Based on the size and weight of your product(s), Leisure Line will determine how it should be shipped. Most of our items are shipped through a common ground carrier (FedEx). Items shipped via ground shipping normally are delivered within 3-5 days, but in some cases delivery can take up to 10 days or more.
FREIGHT SHIPPING
Large items are shipped by freight carriers and are normally delivered in about 1 week (most are delivered in less than 1 week), but in some cases delivery can take up to 10 days or more. Freight deliveries are typically made on business days between 8:00am and 5:00pm, local time in the delivery time zone. You will be contacted by the freight carrier to set up a delivery appointment. All freight deliveries require a signature, and customers are responsible for inspecting their packages for visible damage before signing. If your item(s) have any visible damage, the damage must be noted with the freight carrier on the delivery receipt.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours of your receipt of it.
DAMAGED OR LOST PRODUCTS
Contact our Customer Care team via email at service@tangentwood.com regarding any products damaged or lost during shipping. Damaged items will be handled under our Return and Refund Policy (https://tangentwood.com/pages/return-policy).
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before initiating a return.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We currently do not ship outside the contiguous United States. Leisure Line is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska or Hawaii, at this time.
